Olle Stenberg, President

Olle has more than 25 years of experience in working with innovations. He has an academic background  from research in chemical engineering complemented by 15 years of experience in management,  development and marketing of multinational firms in the chemistry area. Experiences in start-up's is gathered from starting and developing Chalmers Innovation and more than 70 companies within this organization.

Jörgen Hansson, Business-coach

During the 80s Jörgen had several different roles as business director, finance director, MD and member of  the board of directors in a start-up company growing from 4 to 200 employes in a period of ten years.

Jörgen has also, in a ten year period, worked with financing of growth ventures through Almi West and acted as regional director during the later period of the 90s. Jörgen's genuine financing background is invaluable for an early stage of company development. Experience and knowledge in different methods of financing, such as grant possibilities and external venture capital, are also his area of expertise.

Petra Palmgren, Business-coach

Petra has 15 years of experience in manegerial positions as MD, marketing director and sales & marketing manager at large companies. She is responsible for recuiting new competences and has been actively involved in recruiting more than 150 persons with varying competences and functions in the companies that she has been involved with. Furthermore, she has five years of experience of IT based start-up's.

Petra has experience from both smaller and multinational companies such as Svenska Mässan, Bonniers, Manpower, Nobel Biocare and EF Education. Her collected competences, of  working with both national and international sales & marketing accompanied by being lecturer in several sales & marketing educational programs, gives her a diverse competence invaluable for newly started companies.

Henrik Jansson, Business-coach

Henrik is experienced in sales & marketing in young growth ventures. He has worked as chairman or member in 15 different Board of Directors. He has also been responsible for new share issues exceeding 40 MSEK in these companies. He has also, during a two year period, been in charge of Västra Götalandsregionen's mediation of capital to entreprenuers.

To ventures sales procedures is one of the companies vital development issues and Henrik is eager to sell – regardless of product! He has experience of being MD in a start-up company, which grew from one to seven employees during the first year. Furthermore, the company developed it's own production capacity, international sales and implemented two new share issues.

Andrzej Brud, Business-coach

Anndrzej was the founder of a provisions company in 1979 and worked as an entreprenuer for five years,  responsible for production and opertions of the company. Andrezj has also worked with business development and financing for the Foundation for Development and later at Almi for 15 years. Afterward, he has also worked with mediation of capital to entreprenuers in knowledge-based companies.

Andrezj has a genuine experience in business development and stratgical work. Experience in: finding and prioritizing consumer values in business, localizing and prioritizing areas to develop to increase the comapny value and prioritizing efforts in business development wich renders growth. His expertise in finances combined with business strategic compentence will prove helpful in formulation of business – and financing strategies for the Chalmers Innovation companies.

Linnéa Lindau, Business-coach

Linnéa has a degree from Chalmers School of Entreprenuership and has worked as a coach for new companies at Chalmers Innovation. She works as the MD of Layerlab, a biotech company which has recently launched it's first product.  

She wants to focus on the early stages of idea development and works therefore close to researchers at Chalmers to identify which technology that has business potential. She also works close to exisiting industry which are interested in doing supervised branches. The background as an engineer in combination with entreprenuership and experiences in early business development makes her a great asset for the innovators who want to develop ideas to business.

Ulf Bogren, Business-coach

Annelie Modée, Market Communication

Annelie has 15 years of  experience from different responsiblities at big companies. Some of which are deirector and personnel manager positions. Some of her responisiblities have been quality refining from the first steps of product development to purchases and distribution. That expertise makes Annelie an invaluable resource when dealing with big company purchases from small suppliers.

 Annelie has experience in developing different teams such as, recruiment, education and termination of employee contracts. Here at Chalmers Innovation she is responisble for the internal communication with our companies through the web page and our newsletter The INNOVATION. She is also responsible for different exhibits that Chalmers Innovation presents.

Julia Hult, Chalmers Innovation Academy

Julia is responisble for the Chalmers Innovation Academy which is a collection of our three educational programs here at Chalmers Innovation. The programs are offered within the areas of knowledge and competence which the company personnel can assimilate in order to make their companies successful.

Julia has a degree from the Integrated Business School at the Gothenburg Business School. The title of her Bachelor thesis was: “Is it benefitial for society to invest in public means of mediation of capital to entreprenuers in growth ventures?”. She has worked with the International Association of Incubators, SiSP. Julia has also worked with different events and as a dance teacher.

Ninni Lange, Reception & Conference

At Stena Center Ninni is responsible for the reception since 2002. Here she welcomes visitors to our companies. Furthermore she arranges all parties, food and baking and she also is responsible for the conference rooms.

Ninni has worked as a bar manager in London and assistant restaurant manager at the Rembrandt Hotel. She has also managed to find time to work at the Gordon Ramsey's restaurant Aubergine and as Guest Relations Manager at Parkes Hotel in London.

Hanna Carlsson, Legal Advice & Project Administrator

Hanna has a master's degree in commerce law from the International Business School in Jönköping. She graduated in 2001 and has worked at Chalmers Innovation since january 2002. She has on-site experince of legal problems       which are of immediate interest in the early phases of starting new business.  

Hanna is responsible for incubator contracts, fund reports and the communication with law and slicitor's offices which are our partners. If you want to construct a contract or if you have contract questions ask Hanna. She is also responsible for the real-estate and it's daily operations.
