He has an academic background in chemical engineering, complemented by 15 years experience of managing development- and marketing organisations of multinational companies in the chemistry field. Andrzej Brud, Business Coach

In 1979, Andrzej founded of a provisions company and worked 5 years from the start as an entrepreneur, responsible for production and operations of the company that grew to 17 employees. Andrzej has also worked with business development and financing for the Development Fund in Göteborg- and Bohuslän and later at Almi Företagspartner AB for 15 years. Following that he worked for 7 years with seed financing of knowledge-based companies.

Andrzej has a genuine experience in business development and strategical work. He is experienced in finding and prioritizing consumer values in business; identifying and prioritizing areas to increase the company’s value; and prioritizing what efforts in business development that renders growth. His financial expertise combined with his business strategic competence can prove helpful in drawing up business– and financing strategies for the companies at Chalmers Innovation.

Henrik Jansson, Business Coach & Business Angel Network

Henrik is experienced in sales and financing of young rapid growth companies. He has worked as chairman, or board member, in 15 different companies and also been responsible for new share issues exceeding 40 MSEK in total investments of these companies. For a period of two years, he managed the conditional loan financing for the Region Västra Götaland.

Managing sales is one of the most important issues of a company’s development, and Henrik is eager to sell – regardless of the product! He has experience of being the managing director in a start-up, which grew from 1 to 7 employees during the first year. Furthermore, the company developed its own production, international sales, and conducted two new share issues.

Julia Hult, Training & Information

Julia is responsible for the Chalmers Innovation Academy which is the generic term for the different educational programs that Chalmers Innovation provides. The programs are offered within areas that the entrepreneurs need to help the companies grow faster and more profitable. Julia also works with information and marketing communications at Chalmers Innovation.

Julia has a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and a master degree in marketing from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at Gothenburg University. The title of her bachelor thesis was: “Is it beneficial for society to invest public means in seed financing of rapid growth companies?” She has also worked with the International Association of Incubators, SiSP. Julia also runs her own company J.H. Travel AB part-time where she has experince from starting, forming and running the firm as well as being in the board.

Jörgen Hansson, Business Coach & Manager Lindholmen

During the 1980s, Jörgen had several different roles such as business director, finance director, managing director, and member of the directorial board in a start-up company of 4-5 that in a 10 year period grew to 200 employees and is now quoted on the stock exchange.

Jörgen has also spend 10 years working with financing of rapid growth companies through Almi Väst and acted as regional director during the latter half of the 1990s. Jörgen's genuine financing background is invaluable for the early stage of a company’s development; his knowledge about conditional loans and grant options but also his experience from companies’ later development phase where external venture capital often is a necessity for growth.

Linnéa Lindau, Business Coach & Marketing Director

Linnéa has, after completing her education at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship worked as a start-up coach at Chalmers Innovation. For the past 1.5 years, she worked as the managing director of Layerlab, a biotech company which has recently launched its first product.

Linnea likes to focus on the early stages of the idea development and therefore works closely with the researchers at Chalmers to identify what technologies that have business potential. In addition, she works closely with the industry that is interested in doing supervised spin-offs. Linnea is also responsible for Chalmers Innovation’s marketing.

Ninni Lange, Reception Stena Center

Ninni has been responsible for the reception at Stena Center since 2002 where she welcomes visitors to the companies at Chalmers Innovation. Furthermore, she arranges everything from our recurring parties, food, and baking, and the conference rooms.

Ninni has since she finished her training, worked for 7 years in London as a bar manager, assistant restaurant manager, and waitress at the Rembrandt Hotel, but also at the Gordon Ramsey's restaurant Aubergine. After that she worked as the Guest Relations Manager at Parkes Hotel in London.

Per Sahlin, Business Coach

Per has a broad experience from strategy- and business development, and has previously worked as a management consultant of both smaller and international companies with a focus on the media- and telecom industries. Before joining Chalmers Innovation, Per worked with business development and project management in the TV industry. Petra Palmgren Lindwall, Business Coach & HR

Petra has 15 years experience working in managerial positions such as managing director, marketing director, and sales & marketing manager responsible for a staff of 50 people. She has conducted the recruitment of more than 150 persons in various functions in the companies where she has been employed. Furthermore, she has 5 years experience of IT based start-up.

Petra has experience from both smaller and multinational companies such as Svenska Mässan, Bonniers, Manpower, Nobel Biocare, and EF Education.
