Innovation scholarships to researchers

The scholarship gives rise to opportunities for You, as a researcher, to investigate the buisness potential of your innovation. This can for example involve verification of buisness models, new technology or initial market evaluation. Chalmers Innovation gives Innovator grants as high as 10,000 SEK. These grants can be applied for four times a year.

Invests 300,000 SEK in Your idea

Chalmers Innovation can stake 300,000 SEK, as a first investment, in Your idea or newly started buisness. This investment can be accompanied by yet an other 300,000 

SEK when the consumers interest for Your product is verified. Furthermore Chalmers Innovation is an investment partner to the Innovationbridge West, which gives us an opportunity to invest up to 1,000,000 SEK in companies which have us as partners.

800 million SEK

Moreover, Chalmers Innovation is a platform for indetification of new investment possibilities, continously visited by almost all venture capitalist companies in Sweden. A platform for a yearly investment rate of 60-100 million SEK in our companies. In addition to this Chalmers Innovation operates an active and dynamic angel investor network which also continously makes invetments in our companies. From the beggining, in 1999, a total amount of 80 million SEK in public venture capital and an other 800 million SEK in private venture capital has been assembled by our companies.
